Anthony Iglesia poured in a game-high 27 points in McQuaid’s win over Webster-Schroeder. Kobe Long added 14 of his own. Josh Purcell had 14 points. On the losing side for Webster-Schroeder, J.J. Plummer scored 20. Luke Insley added 11 points. McQuaid moves onto the semi-finals in the 2018 AA Championship tournament with this win. Tah-Jae Hill scored 11 of his team-high 26 points in the fourth quarter for Hilton. Mitch Carr added 22 points for Hilton, while Morgan Kunigan had 11. Hilton headed into the fourth quarter down 43-41, but outscored RH 20-14 to end the game with the win. Kailee White topped RH with 21 points, followed by Mecca McCullough with 17 points. Miles Brown – Section V’s leading scorer and player of the year candidate – slashed through the Bombers defense for a game-high 30 points, while fellow running mate Tray Roberts added 27 (including 4 three pointers). Jayden Castrechini led Gananda, which grabbed a 19-13 lead in the first quarter, with 20 points. Steven Heumann had a dozen and Kole Wright scored 10. Nate Wojslaw scored 12 of his team-high 20 points in the first quarter for Avon. Aaron Ghent added 12 points for Avon, while Ian Read had 11 points. Avon finished the second quarter on a 9-0 run, heading into the locker room with a 44-27 lead at halftime. Adam Chilson topped Addison with 21 points, followed by Danny Ames with 13 and Nick Solinas with 12. Tyler Cowie led Perry, No. 7 NYSSWA Class C, with 32 points, including 11 on free throws. Austin Croll added 23 points for Perry. Perry outscored Roc Academy 44-18 between the second and third quarters. Jevonny Brown topped Roc Academy with 23 points, followed by Trevon Stringer with 17 points. Other scorers: Perry- Michael John Grover (5), Michael Hockey (4), Cam Campbell (2), Challis Farmer (1), Roc Academy- Spencer Burns (3), Albert Tomlin (2). Perry will face No. 4 C.G. Trevor Smith fueled Cuba-Rushford with 33 points and six threes made. Andrew Trufino added 12 points, while Andrew Clement contributed 11 points, including the go-ahead three with 58 seconds left in regulation. Matt O’Donoghue (14 points) and Joe Laursen (14 points, 10 rebounds) were Cal-Mum’s co-leading scorers, followed by Vin Molisani with 11 points, seven assists and six rebounds. Ian Lenhardt had nine points and 10 rebounds for Cal-Mum.
“We really got away from the game plan at times tonight and it really hurt us. The 50-50 balls all seemed to be going to Cuba as well,” Cal-Mum head coach Dan Dickens said. “When that happens, you end up on the losing end because you are giving the opposing team extra opportunities to score. I am proud of all these guys we will be graduating, as they have been an absolute joy to coach these last 3-4 years.” Cuba-Rushford will play No. 3 Lyons (19-3) in the semifinals.

Justice Smith poured in a career-high 41 points and completed a triple-double with 13 rebounds and 10 assists. The junior forward, who reached the career 1,000-point plateau earlier in the season, added four steals and a block to the performance. Smith collected 11 points in the second quarter as the Lions outscored Warsaw 26-11 in the stanza to take a 47-27 advantage into the break. Teammate David Weaver added 12 points on the night. Aaron Romero and Justin Smith scored six points apiece. Ben MacConnell paced Warsaw with points. Dalton Burdin added 12 points. Lyons will face No. 7 Cuba-Rushford (13-8) in the semifinals.

Mason Putnam scored 33 points and Garrett Socola had 28 to lead Prattsburgh. Dillan Conley paced Hammondsport with 14 points, two assists and five steals. Brayden Whitcomb has 13 points and seven rebounds. Prattsburgh will take on No. 5 Avoca (15-7) in the semifinals.

Kobe Wakeman added 11 points, and Steven Spina had nine for the Braves. Nick Bailey, Ben Lucas and Joey Miller scored four apiece for Bradford. Blaze Mochuga chipped in with two points. Cam Loucks paced Scio with 13 points. Brendan Graves had eight. Bradford will take on No. 2 Belfast (17-3) in the semifinals.
