NYCBL Playoff Roundup: Minton, Harrison, Hornell win big on the road

SYRACUSE — Ethan Harrison went 2-for-5 including a double in the first that plated two as the Dodgers took game one of the NYCBL Championship Series. Michael Young finished with two hits including a run-scoring single in the first as the Dodgers tacked on eight runs. Connor Bailey finished with four hits. Maddux Minton (Livonia) went seven innings allowing four runs on eight hits. The right-hander set down two on strikes and picked up the win. Chris Schad finished with three hits including a two-run home run in the ninth for the Spartans.
