SYRACUSE — Will Ginsberg pitched a complete game allowing one run on four hits as the Crush took game one of a doubleheader. The left-hander fanned eight to pick up his third win of the season. Alex Flock finished went 2-for-4 including a triple in the third that scored three. Dylan Ott finished with three hits including a run-scoring single in the eighth.

SYRACUSE — Joseph Tevlin went 4-for-5 with three RBI including a single in the fourth that plated two as the Crush took game two of a doubleheader. Ethan Moore finished with two hits including a two-run double in the fourth. Tyler Schmidt, Dylan Ott, and David White each had three hits apiece.

OLEAN — Joseph Westerman went six and two-third innings allowing three runs on seven hits as the Spartans remained in first place in the Eastern Division. The right-hander fanned four to pick up his third win of the season. Jay Perry went 3-for-4 including a single in the third that drove in Edison Mercado. Robert Ballinger finished with two hits including a triple in the fifth that plated two.

WELLSVILLE — Jon Young tossed five innings allowing one run on five hits for the win. The right-hander finished with two strikeouts. Adam Marston went 2-for-3 including a run-scoring double in the third. AJ Nitzschke went 2-for-5 including a single in the second that scored one.

SHERRILL — Michael Wroth went 3-for-5 with four RBI including a two-run home run in the sixth as the Silversmiths have won five in a row. Jake Coro finished with two hits including a single in the sixth that plated Joshua Goldstein. John O’Donnell pitched a complete game allowing one run on three hits. The left-hander fanned seven to pick up his fourth win of the season. O’Donnell retired nine straight batters.

ROCHESTER — Connor Bailey went 2-for-5 including a run-scoring triple in the fifth as the Dodgers have won eight of their last ten games. Jack Brett connected on a grand slam in the seventh to give Hornell a lead it did not surrender. Livonia native Zack Kolodziejski pitched five innings allowing two runs on four hits. The right-hander fanned five to pick up his first win of the season. Maddux Minton (Livonia) picked up his first save of the season.
