SYRACUSE, NY– Junior Charles Edwards (East Stroudsburg University) drove in two runs for the Crush in the game one win. Sophomore Claton Jefferies (Lenoir-Rhyne University) threw all seven innings, allowing one run on two hits and four walks with five strikeouts. Junior Sam Spadafore (Cochise College) went six innings, giving up three runs on five hits and two walks, striking out three.

SYRACUSE, NY– Senior David White (Benedict College) plated three runs in the Crush’s sixth straight win. Redshirt freshman Branden Hance (Trinity University) tossed seven innings, letting up one run on three hits with two strikeouts. Sophomore Matthew Walczak (Lincoln Memorial University) surrendered four unearned runs, three hits and one walk, fanning three over six innings.

SHERRILL, NY– Sophomore Jameson Carey (New England College) knocked in four runs on two hits as the Generals handed the Silversmiths a second straight loss. Sophomore Matthew Russell (Embry-Riddle University) made it seven innings, giving up two runs on five hits and one walk, striking out two. Sophomore Alex Gomes (Southern New Hampshire University) lasted seven-and-two-thirds innings, letting up five runs (four earned) on four hits and four walks, punching out two.

SYRACUSE, NY– Junior Shannon Baker (Indiana University-Purdue University) hit a walk-off home run, giving the Salt Cats a second straight win. Sophomore Patrick Maybach (Salve Regina University) fanned nine strikeouts, allowing one run on five hits and three walks in six innings. Sophomore Cameron Weinberger (University of Florida) left after six-and-two-thirds innings, striking out eight while surrendering two runs on six hits and two walks. Senior Ryan O’Connor (St. Bonaventure University/Brighton) went 1-for-4 for the Oilers.

HORNELL, NY– Freshman Jared Kapturasky (Mercuhurst College) hit a two-run home run for the Dodgers, who gave the Rapids a fourth straight loss. Junior Jameson Moran (RIT/Geneseo) allowed one run and six hits with four strikeouts in seven innings. Sophomore Jon Young (Indiana Wesleyan University) started for the Rapids, giving up two runs on five hits and one walk, while setting down five via strikeout, in five-and-two-thirds innings.
