ELMIRA, NY– Redshirt junior Mike Ginther (Cansius College) and sophomore Colin Johnston (Monroe Community College/Greece) shut out the Pioneers with seven combined strikeouts and three hits allowed, leading the Jammers to a ninth straight win. Freshman Houston Roth (Ole Miss) gave up two runs on five hits and four walks, striking out six.

UTICA, NY– Sophomore Devon Garcia (Ohio University) and junior Kyle Norman (University at Buffalo) each had three RBI on two hits for the Blue Sox, who ended a 10-game losing streak with the victory. Sophomore Dylan Leahy (Keystone College) tossed a complete game, holding the Red Wings to one run on five hits and two walks with six strikeouts. Sophomore Jordan Murphy (University of Texas-Dallas) was chased after three-and-two-thirds innings pitched, surrendering seven runs (six earned) on 10 hits and three walks, striking out four.

GLENS FALLS, NY– Sophomore Jared Drizin (Bucknell University) contributed three RBI for the Dragons, handing the Mohawks a third straight setback. Sophomore Alex Phillips (Bellarmine University) threw six innings and let up four runs (two earned) on six hits and three walks, fanning four. Sophomore Dan Maynard (University of Maryland) drove in two runs for the Mohawks. Freshman Joe LaSorsa (St. John’s University) gave up five runs (two earned) on two hits and four walks in three-and-one-third inning.

BOONVILLE, NY– Junior Lou Matarazzo (Iona College) knocked in three runs as the Trail Blazers snapped the Dutchmen’s seven-game win streak. Freshman Bryce Van Horn (Nova Southeastern University) pitched a “complete game,” going all five innings and letting up two runs on three hits. Sophomore Jack Grabek (Bucknell University) made it four innings, exiting after allowing five runs on five hits and six walks while setting down five batters by strikeout.
