NEWARK — Will Allocca doubled home a pair of runs in a three-run third as Newark jumped to a 4-0 lead in the early going. Jonathan Parker doubled and scored two runs for the Pilots. Kyle Griffen allowed one run on four hits over six innings for the win. The left-hander struck out five, walked one and threw 81 pitches – 53 for strikes.
