How they got here: Letchworth defeated No. 12 seed Marcus Whitman in the first round, 9-8, and No. 4 seed Sodus in the second round, 2-1. Le Roy shutout No. 9 seed Byron-Bergen, 8-0, and upset No. 1 seed and No. 19 NYS Class C Williamson, 7-2.
Last meeting: The two teams last played on May 12, a game which Letchworth won 4-3 in 11 innings.
Trends: Letchworth has won three straight games and look to win its first ever Section V baseball title. Le Roy has also won its last three games and last won a title in 1998, winning Class CC.

Previous meeting: This will be the first meeting between the two teams of this season.
Trends: Gananda, ranked 9th in the state in Class C, is on a three-game win streak and has not won a title since the 1999 Class DD championship. Geneseo, which won the Class C title in 2015, will come in having won its last four games.
