Golden State Warriors 121  Utah Jazz 95 (GSW wins series 4-0)

UTAH – Draymond Green recorded a triple-double with 17 points, 11 assists and 10 rebound as the Golden State Warriors reached their third straight Western Conference Finals. Stephen Curry netted a team high 30 points, dished out seven assists and collected five rebounds. Klay Thompson added 21 points while Kevin Durant dropped 18 points.

Gordon Hayward scored 25 points, grabbed five rebounds, dished out three assists and took away two steals for the Jazz. Rudy Gobert registered a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds. Sheldon Mack added 18 points.
