NBA Roundup: Cavs sweep again; Wizards and Rockets tie it up

CLEVELAND CAVALIERS 109 TORONTO RAPTORS 102 (CLE WINS 4-0)
TORONTO – LeBron James went off for 35 points, nine rebounds and six assists to help the Cavs pick up their second straight series sweep. Kyrie Irving added 27 points, nine assists, five rebounds and four steals. Kyle Korver and Channing Frye scored 18 and 10 points, respectively, off the bench.

Serge Ibaka sank a free-throw with 6:37 to give the Raptors a narrow 93-92 lead, which served as their first fourth quarter lead of the series. However, Irving quickly drained a 3-pointer and went on a personal 8-0 run to bury the Raptors.

Ibaka finished with 23 points. DeMar DeRozan had 22 points and eight assists. Cory Joseph dropped 20 points and dished out 12 assists.

WASHINGTON WIZARDS 121 BOSTON CELTICS 102 (TIED 2-2)
WASHINGTON – John Wall helped the Wizards tie up the series with 27 points, 12 assists and five steals. Bradley Beal led all scorers with 29 points. Otto Porter Jr. scored 18, grabbed eight rebounds, and swiped four steals. Markieff Morris compiled 16 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and three steals.

Washington went on a 26-0 run over Boston in the third quarter.

Isaiah Thomas had a team-high 19 points for the Celtics.

HOUSTON ROCKETS 125 SAN ANTONIO SPURS 104 (TIED 2-2)
HOUSTON – James Harden cooked up 28 points and dished out 12 assists to lead the Rockets to the victory to tie up the series. Eric Gordon came off the bench to drop 22 points. Lou Williams and Ryan Anderson each scored 13.

After struggling from behind the arc the last two games, Houston got back on track and drilled 19 threes.

Jonathon Simmons put up a team-high 17 points for the Spurs. LaMarcus Aldridge and Kawhi Leonard had 16 points apiece.
