HOUSTON – James Harden hit a step-back jumper over Paul Zipser and converted a 3-point play with 36.1 seconds left in overtime to give Houston (37-17) the lead for good. Harden finished with 42 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists.
The Rockets held a special halftime ceremony to retire Yao Ming‘s No. 11 jersey in a event that featured former Rockets and fellow hall-of-fame centers Hakeem Olajuwon and Dikembe Mutombo. Yao averaged 19 points and 9.2 rebounds over the course of an eight-year career.
Eric Gordon came off the bench to score 21 points. Clint Capela netted 14 points and nine rebounds. Patrick Beverly chipped in nine points, seven rebounds and seven assists.
Michael Carter-Williams had 23 points, nine rebounds and six assists for the Bulls (25-26). Dwyane Wade compiled 19 points, nine rebounds and six assists. Taj Gibson racked up 20 points and six rebounds.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Russell Westbrook picked up a triple-double – 38 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists for the Thunder (29-22). Steven Adams added 16 points and 13 rebounds. Joffrey Lauvergne and Anthony Morrow came off the bench to score 16 and 15 points, respectively. Marc Gasol put in 31 points and dished out eight assists for the Grizzlies (30-22). Mike Conley chipped in with 18 points.
INDIANA PACERS 106 BROOKLYN NETS 97
BROOKLYN – Paul George paced the Pacers (27-22) with 24 points, 11 rebounds, three blocks and two steals. Jeff Teague provided 24 points, seven assists and three steals. Brook Lopez had 23 points and six rebounds for the Nets (9-41), who have dropped eight straight games and 19 of their last 20.
ORLANDO MAGIC 102 TORONTO RAPTORS 94
ORLANDO – Serge Ibaka led the Magic (20-32) with 20 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks. Evan Fournier added 20 points and 10 rebounds. C.J. Watson and Nikola Vucevic had 18 points apiece. Jonas Valanciunas dropped 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Raptors (30-21). Kyle Lowry and Norman Powell scored 18 apiece as well.

AUBURN HILLS – Marcus Morris poured in 36 points for the Pistons (23-27). Jon Leuer contributed with 24 points. Andre Drummond netted 12 points and 18 rebounds. Karl-Anthony Towns had 24 points and 11 rebounds for the Wolves (19-31). Andrew Wiggins and Zach LaVine scored 21 and 20 points, respectively.

BOSTON – Isaiah Thomas exploded for 38 points on 13-of-24 shooting to lead the Celtics (32-18). Boston ironically passed Los Angeles for the most wins in NBA history with this victory. D’Angelo Russell had 20 points, six rebounds and six assists for the Lakers (17-36).

DENVER – Nikola Jokic picked up his first career triple-double – 20 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists for the Nuggets (22-27). Jabari Parker had 27 points and 11 rebounds for the Bucks (21-28).
DALLAS MAVERICKS 108 PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS 104
PORTLAND – Yogi Ferrell, after being released by the Brooklyn Nets earlier this season, and on a 10-day contract went off for 32 points on 11-of-17 shooting for the Mavs (20-30). Wes Matthews dropped 27 points against his former team. C.J. McCollum (Lehigh) scored a team-high 28 points for the Blazers (22-29).

SACRAMENTO – Devin Booker dropped 33 points for the Suns (16-34). Eric Bledsoe provided 20 points, six rebounds and four assists. DeMarcus Cousins earned a triple-double – 22 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists for the Kings (19-31).
