No. 8 KENTUCKY 90 GEORGIA 81 in OT
Malik Monk scored eight points in overtime as the Kentucky Wildcats outlasted the Georgia Bulldogs to pick up the win in the final game of Brent Musberger’s broadcasting career.
Monk led the Widlcats with 37 points, 23 of which came in the second half while Isaiah Briscoe contributed 23 points and 11 rebounds for a double-double. J.J. Frazier (23 points) and Yante Maten (22 points) topped the Bulldogs in scoring, but Derek Ogbeide propelled them with 18 points and 11 rebounds.
The Wildcats, already ranked 16th in the country in free throw attempts and 31st in free throws made, added to their totals by going 27-36 (75 percent) from the charity stripe. Monk went 10-12 and Briscoe went 11-15.
The Wildcats improve to 18-4 and the Bulldogs drop to 13-9.

Nathan Adrian put up a double-double (23 points, 11 rebounds) for West Virginia (18-4). Matt Thomas led Iowa State (13-8) with 19 points and seven rebounds. Deonte Burton had 11 points and 10 assists.
No. 10 WISCONSIN 57 ILLINOIS 43
Ethan Happ netted 14 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for Wisconsin (19-3). Maverick Morgan propelled Illinois (13-10) with 10 points, four rebounds, two steals and two blocks.
No. 12 NORTH CAROLINA 80 PITTSBURGH 78
Justin Jackson led North Carolina (20-4) with 20 points, six rebounds and three assists. Michael Young scored 19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for Pittsburgh (12-10). Pittsburgh has now lost seven straight games.

Justin Patton topped Creighton (20-3) with 15 points and seven rebounds. Kelan Martin gave Butler (18-5) 11 points and eight rebounds.
No. 17 MARYLAND 77 OHIO STATE 71
Maryland’s (20-2) Justin Jackson picked up 22 points and 12 rebounds for a double-double. Ohio State’s (13-10) Jae’Sean Tate had 20 points, four rebounds and four assists.

Dontay Caruthers (East High) scored four points, grabbed four rebounds and handed out four assists for Buffalo.

Quinton Rose (Bishop Kearney) scored 18 points and pulled down nine rebounds off the bench for Temple.

Antwoine Anderson (Bishop Kearney) had 12 points, four rebounds and three assists for Fordham.
