HOUSTON – Kevin Durant continued his hot scoring with 32 points. Durant added eight rebounds, seven assists and three blocks as the Warriors (37-6) won their sixth straight. Stephen Curry posted 24 points and seven dimes.
Philadelphia 76ers 93 Portland Trail Blazers 92
PHILADELPHIA – Ersan Ilyasova netted 24 points and grabbed six rebounds, and the 76ers (15-26) took their sixth out of the last seven games.
Robert Covington nailed a three ball with four seconds left to go to put the 76ers up 93-92. On the next possession Mason Plumlee’s lay-up missed to end the game.
Covington finished the game with 22 points and six rebounds. Damian Lillard dropped 30 points, but the Trail Blazers (18-27) lost their fourth straight.
Charlotte Hornets 113 Toronto Raptors 78
CHARLOTTE – Kemba Walker registered 32 points, eight assists and four rebounds as the Hornets (22-21) won their second straight. Brian Roberts (Dayton) had a point, a rebound and two assists in five minutes played off the bench. Treveon Graham (VCU) also came off the bench for five minutes with three rebounds.
Orlando Magic 112 Milwaukee Bucks 96
ORLANDO – Elfrid Payton collected a team-high 20 points, dished out six assists and took away three steals which helped the Magic (18-27) snap a three-game losing skid. Bismack Biyombo added a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Giannis Antetokunmpo earned himself a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds, but the Bucks (20-22) lost their fourth straight.
Memphis Grizzlies 107 Sacramento Kings 91
MEMPHIS – Marc Gasol’s 28 points, nine rebounds and four assists helped end the Grizzlies (26-19) two-game losing skid. Zach Randolph came off the bench and finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds in 24 minutes played.
Brooklyn Nets 143 New Orleans Pelicans 114
NEW ORLEANS – Brooke Lopez (23) and Bojan Bogdanovic (23) combined 46 points helped end the Nets (9-33) 11-game losing streak. Chris LeVert added 17 points, six assists and five rebounds. Anthony Davis netted 22 points and grabbed nine rebounds as the Pelicans (17-27) dropped their third out of their last four games. Langston Galloway (Saint Joseph’s) came off the bench for 24 minutes with eight points, four rebounds, an assist and a steal.
Atlanta Hawks 102 Chicago Bulls 93
ATLANTA – Dennis Schroder’s 25 points helped the Hawks (25-18) win their 10th out of their last 12 games. DeAndre Bembry (Saint Joseph’s) played 10 minutes off the bench and had four points. Jimmy Butler scored 19 points, but the Bulls (21-23) lose their second straight.
Utah Jazz 112 Dallas Mavericks 107
DALLAS – Rudy Gobert (27) and Gordon Hayward (26) combined for 53 points as the Jazz (28-16) are on a five-game winning streak. Harrison Barnes collected 19 points and grabbed five rebounds as the Mavericks (14-29) lost their second straight.
Los Angeles Lakers 108 Indiana Pacers 96
LOS ANGELES – Lou Williams poured in 27 points to help the Lakers (16-31) snap a five-game losing streak. Julius Randle (16), Brandon Ingram (15) and Nick Young (15) added a combined 46 points. Paul George had 21 points and six rebounds, but the Pacers (22-20) dropped their second game in the last four.
