Quentin Snider scored 22 points and handed out five assists as the Cardinals held off a second-half Pittsburgh surge. Snider connected on 7 of 11 from the floor including three of four from behind the arc.
Pitt’s Jamel Artis tallied 43 points, the second-highest single game total in school history, and Michael Young recorded a double-double (17 points, 11 rebounds) as the Panthers outscored Louisville 54-38 in the second half. Pitt finished the game on a 10-4 run, but could not overcome a 47-26 halftime deficit.
The Cardinals improve to 14-3 and the Panthers drop to 12-5.

Maurice Watson Jr. dropped 21 points, handed out seven assists and grabbed four rebounds for Creighton (16-1). Khyri Thomas also added 14 points and 12 rebounds for the Bluejays. Avery Woodson scored 14 points and grabbed five rebounds off the bench for Butler (14-3).

Kennedy Meeks led all five UNC (15-3) starters in double figures with 18 points. The senior forward pulled in 11 rebounds. Wake Forest’s (10-7) Bryant Crawford netted 22 points, dished out four assists and collected three rebounds.

Miles Bridges led Michigan State (12-6) with a 16-point, six-rebound and four-block night. Nate Mason paced Minnesota (15-3) with 14 points, three assists and two steals.
