HOUSTON ROCKETS 118 OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER 116
HOUSTON – Nene hit two clutch free throws with 0.7 seconds remaining to lift the Rockets (28-9) to their sixth straight win. The Thunder (21-16) came back to take a 116-114 lead off a Victor Oladipo 3-pointer with 1:54 left on the game clock after trailing by as many as 18 points in the third quarter, but that lead was short-lived as James Harden tied things up with a pair of free throws less than ten seconds later.
Harden finished with 26 points, 12 assists, and eight rebounds against his former team. Nene had 18 points including a perfect 6-of-6 shooting from the floor. Eric Gordon added 22 points off the bench. Ryan Anderson and Patrick Beverley scored 12 and 11 points, respectively. Beverley also grabbed eight boards.
Russell Westbrook exploded for 49 points including eight treys, finishing just two points shy of his season-high of 51 for the Thunder. Westbrook also pulled down eight rebounds and dished out five assists. Enes Kanter earned a double-double – 15 points and 13 rebounds.
INDIANA PACERS 121 BROOKLYN NETS 109
INDIANAPOLIS – Paul George paced the Pacers (19-18) to their fourth straight win with 26 points. Myles Turner (25 points and 15 rebounds) and Jeff Teague (21 points and 15 assists) both added a double-double apiece. Justin Hamilton and Trevor Booker each scored 16 points and combined for 14 rebounds for the Nets (8-26). Brooklyn made a season-high 17 threes, as each Net had at least one 3-pointer with the exception of Randy Foye.
SAN ANTONIO SPURS 127 DENVER NUGGETS 99
DENVER – LaMarcus Aldridge netted a game-high 28 points for the Spurs (29-7). Kawhi Leonard added 24 points as well as six rebounds and five assists. Tony Parked dropped 21 points on 10-of-11 shooting and dished out nine dimes. Nikola Jokic had 19 points and 11 rebounds for the Nuggets (14-22).
TORONTO RAPTORS 101 UTAH JAZZ 93
TORONTO – Kyle Lowry led the Raptors (24-11) with 33 points, six rebounds and five assists. DeMar DeRozan added 23 points and seven boards. Rudy Gobert finished with 15 points and 16 rebounds for the Jazz (22-15).
DETROIT PISTONS 115 CHARLOTTE HORNETS 114
AUBURN HILLS – Reggie Jackson poured in 22 points and handed out 11 assists for the Pistons (17-21). Boban Marjonovic added 15 points and a career-high 19 rebounds off the bench. Kemba Walker had 32 points, seven rebounds, and five assists for the Hornets (20-17).
ATLANTA HAWKS 99 NEW ORLEANS PELICANS 94
NEW ORLEANS – Dwight Howard (12 points and 11 rebounds) and Paul Millsap (17 points and 10 rebounds) put up double-doubles for the Hawks (20-16). Dennis Schroder had a game-high 23 points. Mike Muscala (Bucknell) scored nine points and pulled down six rebounds off the bench. Anthony Davis netted 20 points and 19 boards for the Pelicans (14-23).

DALLAS – Eric Bledsoe paced the Suns (12-25) with 26 points and seven assists. Deron Williams had 20 points and six assists for the Mavs (11-25).
PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS 118 LOS ANGELES LAKERS 109
PORTLAND – C.J. McCollum (Lehigh) led the Blazers (16-22) to their ninth straight defeat of the Lakers with a game-high 27 points to go along with seven assists. Damian Lillard finished with 21 points and 10 dimes after missing his last five games with a left ankle injury. Evan Turner dropped 20 points off the bench. Mason Plumlee added 15 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. D’Angelo Russell and Jordan Clarkson poured in 22 and 21 points, respectively, for the Lakers (13-26).
