Dragic’s threes spark Heat win

Miami Heat 115  Los Angeles Lakers 107

MIAMI- Thursday night the Heat (10-20) retired Shaquile O’Neal’s number 32 jersey at halftime. O’Neal led the Heat to a 2006 NBA Title and won the playoff MVP.

Under six minutes left in the game and it’s tied at 94. Tyler Johnson found Goran Dragic open in the corner for three of his 21 points. Dragic broke the tie once again as he knocked down a 25 foot jump shot to seal the win. Johnson recored 14 points and six assists off the bench.

Justice Winslow and Hassan Whiteside finished with a team high 23 points a piece. The Heat spread the floor, having five different players in double figures. The Heat snap a three game loosing streak.

The Lakers  (11-21) have struggled as of late, they are 1-9 in their last 10 games. Lou Williams, who could win six man of the year award, dropped 27 points off the bench in 28 minutes played. D’Angelo Russell scored 17 points, dished out seven assists and grabbed four rebounds.

New York Knicks 106  Orlando Magic 95

NEW YORK-  The Knicks (16-13) won their second straight. Derrick Rose lifted the Knicks with 19 points, five rebounds and three assists. The Magic’s (13-18) Serge Ibaka scored 23 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

Boston Celtics 109  Indiana Pacers 102

INDIANA- Isaiah Thomas‘s 28 points and nine assists helped the Celtics (17-12) win their fourth straight game Thursday night. Jeff Teague for the Pacers (15-16) finished with 31 points, five rebounds and eight assists.

Golden State Warriors 117  Brooklyn Nets 101

BROOKLYN- The Nets (7-21) 11 turnovers helped the Warriors improve to 26-4 on the season. Kevin Durant led the way with 26 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. Brooke Lopez recorded 28 points and eight rebounds.

San Antonio Spurs Los Angeles Clippers

LOS ANGELES- The Clippers (22-8) snapped the Spurs (23-6) five-game winning streak on Thursday night. Chris Paul, who left the game in the fourth with a potential hamstring injury, added 19 points, seven rebounds and six assists. Kawahi Leonard had a team high 27 points, nine rebounds and five assists.
