Indiana’s top performer was junior guard James Blackmon Jr. with 14 points and nine rebounds. Sophomore center Thomas Bryant (Bishop Kearney) scored 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds in the win. UNC was topped by junior forward Justin Jackson with 21 points and eight rebounds. Indiana moves to 5-1 and UNC drops to 7-1.
No. 6 VIRGINIA 63 OHIO STATE 61
Virginia was led by senior guard London Perrantes with 19 points. Ohio State junior forward Jae’Sean Tate scored 14 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Virginia improves to 7-0 and Ohio State falls to 6-1.
No. 9 BAYLOR 79 SAM HOUSTON STATE 45
While they had two players with 14 rebounds, Baylor’s top player in points was sophomore guard King McClure with 14. Sam Houston’s best player was senior forward Aurimas Majauskas, who had 13 points and four rebounds. Baylor jumps to 7-0, while Sam Houston goes to 4-3.
No. 11 UCLA 98 UC RIVERSIDE 56
UCLA got 27 points from senior guard Isaac Hamilton, but also got double-doubles from freshman forward TJ Leaf (18 points and 10 rebounds) and senior center Thomas Welsh (12 points and 12 points). Riverside got 17 points and six rebounds from senior forward Secean Johnson. UCLA is now 8-0 and UC Riverside is 1-4.
No. 12 SAINT MARY’S 66 STANFORD 51
Calvin Hermanson, a junior forward, scored 25 points and grabbed five rebounds for Saint Mary’s. Senior center Grant Verhoeven netted 12 points to lead Stanford. Saint Mary’s is 6-0 and Stanford is 6-2 following the loss.

Sophomore forward Ray Spalding (11 points, nine rebounds) and senior forward Mangok Mathiang (11 points, eight rebounds) were the top scorers for Louisville. Sophomore forward Caleb Swanigan picked up a double-double (14 points and 11 rebounds) for Purdue. Louisville now sits at 6-1 and Purdue sits at 5-2.

The top offensive player for Arizona was freshman forward Lauri Markkanen with 19 points, six rebounds and five assists. Despite not being the team’s leader in points, Texas Southern’s sophomore forward Derrick Griffin had a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Arizona jumps to 6-1, while Texas Southern is at 4-3.

Junior forward Dillon Brooks led Oregon with 21 points. Bryan Berg picked up 17 points for Western Oregon. Oregon improves to 6-2 and Western Oregon is 4-4.

Junior forward Emmitt Holt (Webster Schroeder) picked up five points and four rebounds in 20 minutes for Providence.

Junior guard Antwoine Anderson (Bishop Kearney) scored 15 points, along with four assists, in 35 minutes played for Fordham.
TEMPLE 78 SAINT JOSEPH’S 72
Freshman guard Quinton Rose (Bishop Kearney) dropped 14 points, grabbed six rebounds and collected three assists in 24 minutes for Temple.
