A milestone in a Duquesne win, another double-double for Jonquel Jones, five straight wins for the Flyers, a diaper-dandy with 20, number 300 in Philly, and a shocker in St. Louis made up a busy Saturday in #A10WBB.

Duquesne 83, Davidson 47
Great defense and four double-double figure scores helped the Dukes lead wire-to-wire to garner their fourth conference win of the season. Deva’Nyar Workman poured in 17 points off the bench while April Robinson added 14 points and dished out seven assists, including her 300th career assist.

George Washington 67, La Salle 48
GW was able to roll to their 18th win of the season and stay perfect in conference thanks to another, yes another, monster double-double from Jonquel Jones (12 points, 16 rebounds). Freshman Kelli Prange also added 11 points, eight rebounds, and three blocks for the Colonials.

Dayton 75, VCU 56
The Flyers were able to extend their winning streak to five games and remain near the top of the Atlantic 10 standings. Andrea Hoover would score a game-high 24 points, while Jodie Cornelie-Sigmundova added a 13 point, 11 rebound double-double.

Rhode Island 55, George Mason 47
Charise Wilson’s 20 point performance, 16 in the first half, helped guide the Rams to their first pair of road Atlantic wins since 2007-08 and the programs first-ever win inside the Patriot Center. Rhody’s stingy defense, holding the A-10’s leading scorer Taylor Brown to only 10 points, was another major factor in the Rams fourth conference win.

St. Joseph’s 66, St. Bonaventure 48
Head Coach Cindy Griffin was able to earn her 300th career victory and send the Bonnies to their sixth straight loss thanks to Ciara Andrews 17 points. St. Joe’s snapped a four game losing streak and improved to 6-12 on the season.

Saint Louis 54, Fordham 50
It was a shocker in St. Louis in front of a record crowd on national TV thanks to Sadie Stipanovich’s 18 points and Jenny Vliet’s first double-double (12 points, 10 rebounds). The Billiken win snapped a six-game winning for the Rams and also sent Fordham to their first conference loss of the season.
