An afternoon victory to remain perfect in conference, another monster double-double to keep GW rolling, a dominant performance at UD Arena, a surprise thrashing at Tom Gola, a back-on-track win for the Spiders, and another disappointing loss in Olean made up an exciting Wednesday night in #A10WBB.

Fordham 65, UMASS 42
The Rams were able to stay perfect in conference play thanks to Tiffany Ruffin’s first career double-double (12 points, 12 rebounds). G’mrice Davis would also add a team-high 13 points for Fordham.

George Washington 74, Duquesne 44
The “Double-Double Machine” Jonquel Jones was at it again (22 points, 17 rebounds), as the Colonials kept rolling, capturing their 16th win of the season. Hannah Schaible would also add 13 points for GW.

Dayton 77, Rhode Island 33
Dayton came home to UD Arena after beating St. Bonaventure and pounded Rhode Island, holding Rhody to 27 percent shooting from the field. The Flyers finished with four players in double-figures, including Jenna Burdette’s 11 points and eight rebounds.

Saint Louis 76, La Salle 47
The Billikens turned a corner tonight and handed the Explorers their fifth conference loss of the season thanks to Jackie Kemph’s 20 points and seven assists; For La Salle, Micahya Owens added 18 points.

Richmond 58, Davidson 46
Davidson was not able to keep the high from their first Atlantic 10 victory, falling to Genevieve Okoro (15 points, five rebounds), Lauren Tolson (16 points), and the Richmond Spiders. For Davidson, Hannah Early added 11 points and four, but committed four fouls and five turnovers.

VCU 61, St. Bonaventure 51
The Bonnies, who led by as many as 13 at one point in the first half, just keep on skidding. St. Bonaventure was handed their fifth straight conference loss much in part to Isis Thorpe’s 12 points and nine rebounds; for the Rams, Adaeze Alaeze also added 15 points and six rebounds.
