Here’s another episode of The Bronx Banter with hosts Dave Holcomb and Ty Sipala. On this week’s show, Yankee fans are happy with New York earning their first series victory since early July. Alex Rodriguez and Alfonso Soriano both went deep on Sunday versus Justin Verlander. Closer Mariano Rivera blew two saves, but Brett Gardner’s last game heroics bailed the team out twice. Looking forward to next week, the Angels are coming to town for a four-game set, and then the Yanks take a weekend trip to Boston. Starting Friday, the Yankees next 16 games will be against AL East opponents. That and more in this episode of the Bronx Banter.
